Limericks Irish Pub hasn't paid me since April 14

I called the general manager Wednesday, May 13 to see if paychecks were available and was told that payroll was not complete and no paychecks were available. I then asked about a "cash advance". I was told that option was not available. After getting no help from the general manager, I called the owner and the phone promptly went to voice mail and so I explained the same scenario on the voice mail message. I have yet to receive a reply from the owner.
